We only have 1 cottage available for guests, called The Studio.  The maximum it can accommodate is 6. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen-sized bed; and 1 with 4 bunks).   It has a full kitchen, a spacious living/dining area and 1 bathroom.  It has a gas BBQ on the verandah. There is free WiFi and a SmartTV.

Prices are on a package basis, so the longer you stay, the cheaper the nightly rate.

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 12pm.

Generally, our minimum stay is 2 nights. Over most long weekends, our minimum is 3 nights; but over Easter, Cup Weekend and Christmas/New Year, it’s 4 nights.

Please Note

1. Kingbilli cannot accept pets. Our llamas and Shetland ponies have an instinctive dislike of anything perceived as predatory, and will pursue cats and dogs fiercely.

2.  If you wish to have friends visit you during your stay, please let us know in advance.

3. We do not provide laundry facilities for guests, but there is a laundromat in nearby Alexandra.

4. The Studio’s wood fire cannot be lit on days of Total Fire Ban.

To Make a Booking

To make a booking, a 50% deposit is required by Visa or Mastercard, with the balance payable upon arrival (we do not accept cheques).  Please note, we will not hold bookings without a deposit.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is refundable less a $100 booking fee, if notification of cancellation is received in writing 21 days prior to your arrival date.  Alternatively, bookings may be able to be rescheduled.  However, no refund or rescheduling is available if notification is received less than 21 days prior to your arrival, nor if you need to leave early.
