Only one of our cottages, The Studio, is available to guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area, and can be booked with one or two separate bedrooms, depending upon your needs. (One bedroom has a queen sized bed, whilst the second bedroom has two sets of bunks). There is only one bathroom, with basin, toilet and shower (no bath). On the verandah is a full-sized gas BBQ, and in the garden, there is an in-ground hot-tub, exclusive to Studio guests. We are happy to provide a free portacot and highchair if desired.
Our minimum stay is usually 2 nights; however over long weekends, it is 3 nights; and over Easter, Cup Weekend and the Christmas/New Year period, it is 4 nights.
Prices are organised on a package basis, with the amount per night reducing the longer you stay. If you have only one child co-sleeping with you in one bedroom, the price is less than if you have a larger family requiring both bedrooms.

Whilst the kids are out in the playground, why not arrange for our private Masseuse to come to The Studio during your stay. The cost is $85 per person per hour, and 48 hours notice prior to your arrival is required.
1. Kingbilli cannot accept pets. Due to llamas’ relatively recent wild heritage, they have an instinctive dislike of anything perceived as predatory, and will pursue cats and dogs fiercely.
2. If you wish to have friends visit for the day during your stay, you are most welcome to do so, but please advise us of their names and ETA. If your visitors stay with you overnight, an additional charge will apply.
3. We do not provide laundry facilities for guests, but there is a laundromat in nearby Alexandra.
4. The Studio’s wood fire cannot be lit during the CFA’s Summer Fire Restriction Period.
To Make a Booking
Contact us to enquire about dates and packages to suit your schedule. To make a booking, a 50% deposit is required by Visa or Mastercard, with the balance payable upon arrival (we do not accept cheques). Please note, we will not hold bookings without a deposit.
Should you need to cancel your booking, this deposit is refundable less a $150 booking fee, if notification of cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to your arrival date. Alternatively, bookings may be able to be rescheduled. However, no refund or rescheduling is available if notification is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival, nor if you should have to leave early.
